Two months ago, the Malta Chamber of Commerce Enterprise and Industry, as part of Enterprise Europe Network in Malta, joined forces with SIGMA to move beyond the hype and provide a market place in the form of a brokerage event to foster new international business partnerships and collaborations in the fields of AI and Blockchain.

The event brought forth the opportunity for ambitious Malta based companies to identify new business partners and source new technologies which are applicable to their business.  Others offered their portfolio of services or products to be sold internationally, widening their opportunities beyond our shores.

Industry buyers, technology companies, start-ups, investors, resellers, academia and experts met during pre-assigned short meetings aimed at providing a one-to-one platform to introduce and discuss business offers.   The concept of the Brokerage Event organised by Enterprise Europe Network in Malta was precisely to move away from buzzwords, putting strong consideration on the substance of doing business in AI & Blockchain. In fact as a first-of-the-kind event in Malta on AI & Blockchain, the brokerage event brought together over 70 companies from more than 15 countries generating over 300 B2B meetings.
