Blue Economy businesses can grow and scale up, sustainably

The Network Coordinator in Malta, Ms Brigitte Tanti, speaks to Dot EU about the importance for businesses in the Blue Economy to internationalise and innovate, in order to grow and scale up.
 
This took place during a high level Conference organised by the European Commission in Malta, with the participation of the European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs; supporting a match-making event which brought maritime stakeholders together.
 
The main message conveyed during the conference was the importance of  balancing out of financial interests and sustainably of our maritime resources, to develop the Blue Economy of the Mediterranean Sea basin in a proper way.
