In 2018, the Enterprise Europe Network celebrates its tenth birthday. To mark this milestone, Network partners across the world will be celebrating alongside some of the 2,6 million small businesses that they have helped to innovate and grow internationally. The Network’s advisers’ trusted advice and practical help has been supporting businesses from agriculture to artificial intelligence. Its unique combination of local knowledge and global reach has meant that thousands of companies have been able to access international markets and grow their businesses further and faster. At EASME, we are proud to have been coordinating this flagship project since its inception. Over this time, we have built up a positive spirit of collaboration, making the tenth anniversary celebrations extra special. Despite the work behind the scenes, the Network is all about dedicated people on the ground across the globe working hard to help small businesses grow and prosper. Here are three reasons to celebrate. Over the past 10

• Close to half a million companies have benefited from personalised business advice that has helped them to enhance their international potential.
• More than 230,000 companies have made 700,000 international business connections through Network-led initiatives such as brokerage events and company missions.
• Close to 10,000 companies have already benefited from tailored innovation support services that were introduced in 2014. Even more high-potential companies are already benefiting from targeted scale-up services that were introduced in 2017.
